This semi-dry cider is popular with the wine enthusiasts. It has a slightly sweet aroma and a smooth, clean finish.  6.9% ABV 

2.  Hazy Shade of Vinter

This is our flagship cider unfiltered. Excellent demonstration of how the filtering process can change the profile of a cider. Cider maker’s favourite.  6.9% ABV

3. Cha Cha Chai

A winter classic is back.  As with the previous recipe, this one is great tasting hot or cold.  Sure to warm your heart either way.  6.7% ABV 

4.  Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch Cherry Bomb

With a slight pepper bite, this semi-sweet cherry cider, along with southwestern chiles, is set to take Washington by storm. 6.7% ABV

5. Plum Oolong Goodbye

A fruity blend of plum, oolong, schizandra berries, rosehips, and hibiscus. Simultaneously tart and sweet with a complex and penetrating aroma.  6.8% ABV 

6. Platinum Award Winning La Paloma

A Soundbite take on the classic cocktail.  This one has a lot going on.  Grapefruit juice, lime, sea salt, and a bit of blue agave to mellow it all out.   6.6% ABV 

7. Pickelback

A light blend of dill and pickling spiced brine to tantalize your senses.  6.8% 

9. Everett Mule

Crafted with ginger, cranberry, and lime, our Everett Mule starts off with an earthy, spicy kick on the nose that belies its soft blush colour. Juicy and tart on the first sip, there’s just enough sweetness to wash it down smooth and leave you wanting another. 6.5% ABV  

8. Flight of the Concord Grape

Imagine our cider blended with delectable concord grapes.  You don't have to imagine because we did it and it's awesome.  Try it with a peanut butter cup for an extra special treat. 6.4% ABV 

10. Strawberry & Joon

Who would have thought it. Strawberry and juniper make a great combination. You’ve got to taste it to believe it. A magical blend. 6.6%ABV
